Knife Bolts

B41 Seybold Knife Bolt

Bolts For Seybold CG And Most Older Seybolds. This Square Headed Knife Bolt Is Fitted With An Integral Washer. The Washer Rotates On The Bolt But Is Not Removable. This Bolt Has 1/2"-12 Threads And Measures 25/32" Long Below The Washer. The Square Head Measures 5/8" Across The Flats. The Steel Washer Is 1/8" Thick And Measures 1-1/8" In Diameter. A Screwdriver Slot Is Provided In The Threaded End To Aid In Removal If The Head Gets Rounded Over From A Worn Wrench Or Socket.  (This Is The Same Bolt As Our B42 Bolt, Except That It Has A Different Thread Pitch.) 

B42 Seybold Knife Bolt

Bolts For Very Early Seybold Cutters. It Is The Same As Our Part Number B41 Except It Has A 1/2-13 Thread.  (Our B41 Bolt Has A 1/2-12 Thread Pitch.)  This Square Head Knife Bolt Is Fitted With An Integral Washer. The Washer Rotates On The Bolt But Is Not Removable. This Bolt Measures 25/32" Long Below The Washer. The Square Head Measures 5/8" Across The Flats. The Steel Washer Is 1/8" Thick And Measures 1-1/8" In Diameter. A Screwdriver Slot Is Provided In The Threaded End. 

B43 Seybold & Oswego Knife Bolt

Hex Head Knife Bolts With Integral Washer.  This Bolt Has A 1/2"-12 Thread And Measures 3/4" Long Below The Washer.  The Hex Head Is 11/16" Across The Flats.  The Washer Is 1/8" Thick With A 1-3/16" Diameter. It Is Made From One Piece Of Steel, Including The Washer, And It Includes A Screwdriver Slot In The Tip And Has A Black Oxide Finish For Corrosion Resistance. 

B48 National, Challenge & Early Seybold Knife Bolt

B56 Chandler & Challenge Knife Bolt

This Steel Hex Head Bolt Has A 1/2-12 Thread.  It Measures 13/16" Long Below The Washer. The Hex Head Measures 3/4" Across The Flats. The Steel Washer Is Captive, It Rotates But Does Not Come Off.  The Steel Washer Is .11" Thick And Measures 1-3/8" In Diameter.

B705 Prism Knife Bolt

This Hex Head Flange Bolt Fits In Prism 116 And Other Prism Cutters. It Has An M12 Thread, It Is 24mm (.98") Long Below The Head, And It Has A 25.4mm (1") Diameter Washer Built Into It. Both The Bolt And The Washer Are Machined Out Of A Single Piece Of 4140 Cold Rolled Steel. The Washer Will Not Rotate. The Oversize Head Measures 19mm (.75") Across. However There Was A Recall On The Original Style Bolt As They Were Too Strong And Would Not Break During An Overload Condition. This Is The Replacement Style. S206 Wohlenberg 76 SPM Shear Bolt  (9158, 25053) 

The Main Thread Is 10mm And Measures 45mm Long Below The Head. There Is A Drilled Hole Down The Center Of The Head Into The Shank To Create The Break Point.
